During prenatal sessions, I introduce knowledge about labor (i.e., stages of labor, pain relief, etc.), help create a birth plan & introduce ways for your partner to be involved.

Absolutely not! I encourage partners to be involved because I will never release the oxytocin that they do. I teach and guide them in ways to support you throughout your delivery.

Yes, I do. I have multiple doulas whom I trust and lean on when life gets in the way.
